Covering for another worker

For the duration of a substitution, a worker can be given the covered worker’s calendar view, so their day view shows the covered person’s workday.

Giving a worker another calendar

This change is made in Settings → Users by selecting the person to be covered in the visibility settings. This switches the worker’s day view to contain the workday of the person selected in the visibility settings. See Users.

Several calendars at once

A worker can have visibility into several calendars at the same time, in which case they can choose in the day view which calendar to look at.
