Weekly report

The Weekly report view gathers work into weekly summaries for a selected period and area. It complements the Statistics view, which reports KPI totals rather than a week-by-week breakdown.

The main report summarizes tasks per worker per day across the weeks in the selected period. Choose the Period and the area (or Location) to review; the summary updates to match. Use it to see how a week’s work was spread across the team and to spot days that were unusually light or heavy.

For organizations that work to a service agreement, the report can list every service subject and how close it is to its next required visit. Subjects are grouped by state — from on schedule, through near due and due, to overdue — so you can see at a glance where a visit is slipping. The report shows the method it uses to work these states out, so you don’t have to remember the interval yourself.

Each subject is listed with:

  • Device — the service subject, linked to its entry in the device registry.
  • Area — where the device is.
  • Last visit — when it was last serviced.
  • Remaining days — how long until the next visit is due. This is counted in working days, not calendar days, so weekends and non-working days don’t eat into the interval.
  • Scheduled — the planned date of the next visit, once one has been placed on the calendar. A subject that is due but has no scheduled visit yet stands out here.
  • Technician — the worker the scheduled visit is assigned to.

Filter the list by area and by contract to focus on one agreement at a time.
